When an extremely
powerful space-god, The Watcher is dead, Marvel’s heroes are lead into an investigation.
Along the way they discover other forces and new questions arise.
I enjoyed the dark story and plot.
The artwork was amazing too. Overall it wasn’t the worst but could be better.
It felt a tad bit slow. Other than that, it was fine.

This trailer gave me all the feels. I was so happy to see some awesome characters return for the sequel and some new ones. Also a familiar face to the Marvel Universe who wasn't in the first movie.
Peter Parker will return to the big screen on July 5, 2019.
(Although that is 2 months and 9 days after Avengers: End Game)
The Critics Choice Awards were last night and Marvel took home some awards.
Spider-Man: Into the Spiderverse won Best Animated Feature
Those behind Black Panther also took home three awards. The film won for Best Visual Effects
Hannah Beachler and Jay Hart won for Best Production Design
Ruth Carter won for Best Costume Design
While it would have been cool to see it win for Best Action Movie (Darn you Mission: Impossible -- Fallout) and/or Best Picture (Darn you Roma) it was exciting to hear of these wins.
on the movie's win at the Golden Globes last night.

Spider-man: Into the Spider-verse won for "Best Animated Film" over Disney/Pixar's Incredibles 2 and Ralph Breaks the Internet, as well as Studio Chizu's Mirai and Fox Searchlight Pictures' Isle of Dogs.

The nominees for the Screen Actors Guild Awards and Critics Choice Awards have been announced and there is plenty to celebrate.

Ludwig Göransson was nominated for his original score for the movie.
Finally, the song "All The Stars" performed by Kendrick Lamar was nominated for "Best Original Song".
BUT that's not all for MARVEL, there is one more nomination and it wasn't for Infinity Wars OR Ant-man and the Wasp,
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse received a nomination for "Best Animated Film".
Unfortunately, we will have to wait until January 22nd, to see if any of these nominees become winners but thankfully we have the release of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse to hold us over.
