Last night at the Academy Awards history was made with TWO Black Panther Wins.
Ruth E. Carter became the FIRST First African-American to Win an Oscar for Best Costume Design!
When Hannah Beachler and Jay Hart won the Oscar for Best Production Design Ms. Beachler became the FIRST African-American win in that category.
Black Panther also took home a win when Ludwig Goransson won for Best Original Score
